Heating & Air Conditioning Service in Dacula, GA

When your heating or air conditioning system is not working properly, you need someone who can determine what is wrong and explain what needs to be done.

SJ Moore Heating & Air provides residential HVAC repair, maintenance, installation and replacement throughout Dacula, Gwinnett County and surrounding communities. We also provide light commercial heating and air service.

With more than 32 years of HVAC experience, we work on heating and cooling systems from all major brands.

A system that stops heating or cooling properly does not always need to be replaced.

The first step is finding out what is actually causing the problem.

SJ Moore specializes in residential HVAC repair. We inspect heating and cooling equipment, diagnose system problems and help you understand your repair options.

Call us if you are experiencing problems such as:

• Air conditioner running but not cooling properly
• Warm air coming from the vents
• Furnace not heating
• Heat pump not operating normally
• System turning on and off frequently
• Unusual noises from indoor or outdoor equipment
• Weak or inconsistent airflow
• Some rooms staying warmer or cooler than others
• Thermostat or system control problems
• HVAC equipment that will not start

Many HVAC symptoms can have more than one possible cause. An on-site evaluation allows us to inspect the system and determine what is happening rather than trying to diagnose the problem over the phone.

Experience You Can Put to Work on Your HVAC System

Heating and cooling equipment has changed considerably over the years, but good service still starts with understanding how the system is supposed to operate and accurately identifying what is wrong.

SJ Moore Heating & Air brings more than 32 years of HVAC experience to residential and light commercial heating and cooling work.

We are a family-owned and operated company based in Dacula, Georgia. Much of our business comes from referrals and repeat customers, and our focus remains straightforward: inspect the equipment, determine what is happening and help the customer understand the next step.

We service all brands of heating and air conditioning equipment.

The Right Next Step Depends on the System

Not every HVAC problem requires new equipment. Many heating and cooling problems can be repaired, others may need maintenance, adjustment, or replacement depending on what is found. SJ Moore can evaluate your existing system and explain your options in plain language.

Preventative HVAC Maintenance

HVAC equipment operates for long periods during Georgia's heating and cooling seasons. Preventative maintenance gives you an opportunity to have the equipment checked before a developing issue becomes a larger service problem.

SJ Moore offers annual preventative maintenance agreements.

Maintenance can help identify developing equipment issues, check system operation and give you a better understanding of the current condition of your heating and cooling equipment.

HVAC Evaluations for Home Buyers and Sellers

Heating and cooling equipment can represent a significant part of a home's mechanical systems.

SJ Moore provides HVAC system evaluations related to real estate purchases and sales. These evaluations can help buyers, sellers, property owners and real estate professionals better understand the condition and operation of the heating and cooling equipment associated with a property.

If you are preparing to buy or sell a property in the area and would like the HVAC system evaluated, call SJ Moore to discuss the property and schedule an appointment.
